PCOD treatment at advik homoeopathy clinic

Thank you for reaching out.

Dear Woman,
PCOD is not “just a period problem,” and it is definitely not something you should take lightly. It affects your hormones, mood, skin, weight, energy and emotional well-being—quietly, slowly and deeply. But the most important truth is this: PCOD is reversible when treated at the root. You don’t need to fight it with fear or confusion. With the right integrated approach—homeopathy for hormonal balance, nutrition for insulin control, stress-regulation techniques for cortisol stability, and lifestyle correction for long-term healing—your body can naturally come back to harmony.

I have helped hundreds of women restore their periods, improve their skin, reduce weight, and feel emotionally stronger with a personalized, scientific and compassionate treatment plan. And I can help you too—step by step, with a healing plan tailored to your body, your hormones and your emotional state. You deserve to feel healthy, confident and in control again.

Here I’m sharing a scientifically tested & clinically proven PCOD Diet Plan which gives you an idea on food items you should have & also to avoid. This is what I use for my patients to reduce symptoms like irregular periods, acne, weight gain, cravings, bloating, and fatigue.

🔹Foods to INCLUDE Daily (Helps balance insulin + reduce inflammation + regulate hormones):

  • ✔ High-fiber foods – dal, chana, rajma, oats
✔ Green vegetables – palak, methi, doodhi, tindora
✔ Good fats – almonds, walnuts, flax seeds, chia
✔ Low-glycemic fruits – apple, pear, kiwi, papaya
✔ Protein in every meal – paneer, sprouts, dal, eggs (if applicable)
✔ Hydration 2.5–3 litres + rock salt + lemon electrolytes
✔ 1 tsp flaxseed or soaked methi seeds daily (clinically proven to reduce insulin resistance)

🔹Foods to AVOID (clinically worsen PCOD):

  • ❌ Maida products – pizza, pasta, bakery
❌ Sugar in any form – juices, sweets, packaged snacks
❌ Dairy on empty stomach – increases inflammation
❌ Deep-fried food (reduces insulin sensitivity)
❌ Excess caffeine (triggers cortisol → worsens PCOD)
❌ Cold drinks / packed juices
    ❌ Long gaps between meals

🔹Why This Diet Works Scientifically:

  • Improves insulin sensitivity
  • Reduces androgen dominance
  • Stabilizes ovarian function
  • Lowers systemic inflammation
  • Supports hormone rhythm + gut healing

Dr Greeva Mankad
