healing inner child

Childhood experiences shape the foundation of our emotional well-being, and unresolved trauma can linger, influencing our relationships and self-perception. At Advik Homeopathy Clinic & Counselling Centre, we understand the profound impact of childhood wounds, such as parental absence during formative years. Through guided meditation, positive affirmations, and holistic counseling, we offer a safe space to heal, reconnect with your inner child, and embrace a fulfilling, empowered life. Let us guide you on your journey to emotional freedom and resilience.

Here’s a guided meditation plan with positive affirmations and suggestions for a music track to support healing childhood trauma related to parental absence.

Kindly note: here is a script for any sort of absence of parents (death, staying far away, emotional distancing from any reason) impacting you on a greater scale

Guided Meditation Script

Preparation (5 minutes)

  1. Find a Comfortable Space: Sit or lie down in a quiet, safe place where you won’t be disturbed.
  2. Breathing: Close your eyes and take deep, slow breaths. Inhale for 4 counts, hold for 4 counts, and exhale for 6 counts. Repeat this cycle 5 times to relax your body and mind.

Guided Visualization (10-15 minutes)

  1. Imagine Your Safe Space
Picture yourself in a peaceful, comforting environment, like a lush meadow, a cozy room, or a serene beach. Visualize every detail—the sounds, smells, and textures. This is your sanctuary.
  2. Meet Your Inner Child
Visualize your younger self walking toward you in this safe space. They may look sad, confused, or yearning for comfort. Welcome them with open arms. (Here you can also recollect any prominently disturbing issue, event, or dream that has disturbed you personally
  3. Offer Comfort
Kneel or sit with your inner child. Say these affirmations aloud or in your mind:

    • “You are not alone; I am here for you now.”
    • “You are deeply loved and cherished.”
    • “It’s okay to feel the way you do; I understand.”
    • “You are safe, and I will always protect you.”
  4. Reassure and Bond
put both your hands on Heart Chakra.Visualize giving your inner child a warm hug or holding their hand. Imagine their sadness melting away, replaced with light and warmth. Let them smile and feel secure. Imagine re-bonding with your parents irrespective of their physical distance and accepting their presence which provides you love, care, warmth, and emotional security
  5. Release and Let Go
Picture your inner child growing stronger and more confident. Watch them run freely, knowing you’ve given them the love and care they need.
  6. Gratitude and Closure
Thank your inner child for trusting you. Visualize them fading into your heart, symbolizing integration and healing. Fill your face with healthy smile which comes up naturally!

Affirmations to End the Session (5 minutes)

  • “I am whole, loved, and enough.”
  • “I release the pain of my past and embrace the joy of the present.”
  • “My inner child feels safe, loved, and healed.”
  • “I forgive myself and others, opening my heart to love.”

Repeat these affirmations as you slowly return to the present moment, feeling calm and grounded.

Note: Pair your meditation with soothing instrumental music designed for emotional healing.
